Death in Cyprus | by M.M. Kaye
This is an oldie but certainly worth the time. A young lady who is the ward of her uncle decides she wants to do some solo travel but, considering the times, he is not happy with her staying in places unaccompanied. There is a certain amount of control at issue here but the uncle arranges for our heroine to stay at an employee’s home when she arrives in Cyprus.
Needless to say dastardly activities commence. Fun characters and descriptions of gorgeous landscapes surround the storyline which begins with a death en route to Cyprus. Jolly good stuff!
